Job summary

BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye offers an internship opportunity in a dynamic, international environment, focusing on process analysis, KPI development, and documentation management.

We expect students in their 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's program, studying Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, or Business Administration. Commitment of at least 3 days per week and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program (ongoing studentship).
• StudyingIndustrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define unclear process steps and responsibilities with stakeholders using RACI and process flows (Visio/Aris).
• Support implementation of process improvement methods like Celonis, Lean Admin, PowerApps, Power Automate and RPA.
• Coordinate stakeholders by defining KPIs and develop KPI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense).
• Ensure standard documentation management and communication using OrgDokU and related policies.
• Support organizational development projects with the team.

• / Defining unclear process steps and responsibilities with relevant stakeholders by creating RACI matrix and process flows on Visio/Aris tools
• / Supporting to implement process improvement methods like Celonis, Lean Admin, PowerApps, Power Autome and RPA
• / Coordinating relevant stakeholders by defining KPIs for process studies and developing KPI dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense tools and etc.
• / Ensuring standard documentation management and follow-up (policies, regulations, instructions and processes) on Orgdoku tool and being main responsible for communication with organization
• / Supporting responsible team members in organizational development projects

Your Profiles

• / Enrolling in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program, ongoing studentship is a must
• / Studying in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, Business Administration or other relevant departments
• / Able to work for minimum 3 days/week
• / Good command of English, both written and spoken
