We're looking for Lean Experts for our Lean&Analytics&Reporting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and develop and implement improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Improve process performance by applying Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Problem-Solving Techniques.
- Identify bottlenecks, root causes of errors, and areas of inefficiency within processes; develop and follow up on action plans.
- Regularly monitor operational KPIs, conduct performance analyses, and identify areas for improvement.
- Support process improvement activities through data analytics and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Conduct analyses related to performance, capacity, workforce productivity, and process losses using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and other support teams to contribute to digitalization, automation, and system development projects.
- Support the creation, updating, and sustainability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze the operational, financial, and quality impacts of process improvement projects and report findings to relevant management.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of a continuous improvement culture across the organization by guiding and supporting employees.
- Comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System, Information Security, Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics, KPI management, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; preferably with working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
- Good command of English.
