Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for our plant in Akyazı, Sakarya. The role focuses on tracking project investments for key customers, receiving and reviewing proposals, and determining equipment needs to support project execution.

You will supervise a team of technicians, oversee field installation phases, and collaborate with purchasing to procure equipment. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering, at least

What will your job be about?

• Tracking project-based investments for key customers such as Ford and Toyota, and managing the internal investment approval processes within Yazaki


• Receiving and uploading project proposals, and actively participating in project-based customer meetings


• Determining equipment needs, creating necessary technical drawings, and closely monitoring all relevant project areas


• Conducting meetings with suppliers and collaborating with the purchasing department to procure necessary equipment


• Overseeing the field installation phases of new equipment and ensuring smooth implementation


• Supervising field operations and moderating a team of 10 technicians during the daytime shift


• Adapting to a highly dynamic project environment where requirements and tracking parameters can change instantly

What will you bring with you?

• A bachelor’s degree primarily in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering graduates will also be evaluated. At least 1 year of experience


• Advanced written and spoken English & Turkish


• A strong, field-oriented profile capable of managing both technical processes and a blue-collar team on the shop floor.


• Residing in or able to reside in Sakarya-Kocaeli provinces
