Job summary

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Creating, distributing, and monitoring Detailed Activity Plans across all project phases.
• Coordinating production preparation with project team and cross-functional departments.
• Serving as primary contact for external departments to ensure information flow.
• Preparing, updating, and managing customer-specific documentation and forms.
• Participating in PFMEA studies.
• Ensuring activities align with cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Updating Project Master Plans and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Proactively managing risks, changes, or delays to protect timelines.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant production efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports.

What will your job be about ?

• Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering disciplines (e.g., Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing plant environment

• Preparing, updating, and managing customer-specific documentation and forms.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, or IATF 16949 is an asset
• Actively participating in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) studies conducted by the project group
• Ensuring all project activities are executed in alignment with cost, quality, and schedule targets
• Updating Project Master Plans and Detailed Activity Plans, and ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken in case of deviations from customer requirements or timelines
• Proactively managing risks, engineering changes, or potential delays to prevent negative impacts on the overall project timeline
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of plant production processes
• Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports
