Job summary

Soho House & Co in Istanbul is seeking a Club Receptionist to deliver first-class service to private members and guests. You will greet, assist, and check-in/out members, coordinate concierge requests, and guide guests around the club while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Fluency in English and Turkish, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential. You must be flexible regarding hours, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Care for club private members throughout their visit.
• Take initiative to deliver first-class service.
• Check-in control, concierge duties, and check-out for private members.
• Meet, greet and bid farewell to private members – with a smile and eye contact.
• Escort private member guests to related places when possible.
• Operate telephone systems.
• Operate the club private membership system.
• Cash handling related to Club Reception.
• Have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area to assist guests with queries.
