We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing competitive sea and air freight quotations, managing communication with carriers and overseas agents, and supporting both sales and operational teams with effective pricing strategies. ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive sea freight and air freight quotations based on customer requests
• Obtain rates from carriers, airlines, overseas agents, and global network partners; manage and maintain all communication
• Ensure accurate and timely entry, follow-up, and reporting of quotations, agreements, and freight records in the system
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to develop customer-oriented pricing strategies and tailor-made solutions
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, evaluate service alternatives, and support pricing efficiency and profitability
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with carriers, airlines, clients, suppliers, and international partners
• Provide quick, clear, and solution-oriented responses aligned with customer, carrier, and supplier expectations
• Prepare and send finalized quotations to customers and agents, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
• Work in coordination with Operations teams to support shipment planning and provide operational insight when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in sea freight import/export operations
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesResult-oriented, analytical, proactive, and solution-focused
