Job summary

UPS is seeking a Revenue Management / Pricing Analyst in Istanbul to support profitable growth by developing pricing strategies, analyzing incentive requests, and ensuring compliance with revenue management policies.

You will collaborate with the Sales organization to prepare competitive pricing proposals, process bids on time, monitor performance, and contribute to contract optimization and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or international equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, or Sales.
• Turkish native-level and English proficiency for written and spoken communication.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze pricing, incentives and profitability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing and incentive strategies based on revenue, profitability and market conditions.
• Reviews incentive requests for accuracy and alignment with policies and profitability goals.
• Sets RM targets and defines rate strategies with stakeholders.
• Prepares and implements incentive agreements and pricing proposals.
• Supports bids and pricing appeals, ensuring timely, compliant pricing implementation.
• Monitors performance, analyzes pricing data, and identifies improvement opportunities.
