TEB is seeking a Pricing Manager / Assistant Manager to join the Assets & Liabilities Division and lead data-driven deposit pricing strategies that create value for customers and the Bank.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement, playing a key part in optimizing pricing models in a competitive market environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year university (Econometrics, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or Finance)
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
• English at an advanced level
• Proficient in MS Office at an advanced level
• Analytical thinker with team orientation
• Experience in financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Calculating and publishing FTP (fund transfer pricing) for loans and deposits
• Special pricing for transactions outside regular profiles
• Monitoring internal and regulatory metrics in ALM scope
• Follow-up of budget/target realizations
• Management reporting and ALCO presentations

Job Description

• Calculating and publishing FTP (fund transfer pricing) for loans and deposits, calculated in accordance with bank balance sheet and market developments
• Special pricing for transactions that fall outside regular volume/maturity/rate profiles
• Monitoring internal and regulatory metrics in ALM scope
• Follow-up of budget/target realizations
• Management reporting, preparation of ALCO presentations
