Job summary

TEB is seeking a Corporate Clients Credit Allocation Manager/Assistant Manager to lead and manage the credit allocation process for the corporate portfolio. You will conduct deep financial analyses, prepare English Executive Summaries, and present to Head Office and Credit Committee members.

The role requires strong analytical skills, English fluency, and the ability to coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate credit decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior management and committees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial, company and sector analyses for Corporate segment clients.
• Prepare Executive Summary reports in English based on credit proposals.
• Attend Head Office and Credit Committee meetings and present the Executive Summary with Credit Allocation opinion.
• Review credit proposals within SLA timelines and provide feedback to authorization levels.
• Review branches’ daily credit utilization requests and identify the correct authorizing authority.
• Participate in end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to post-approval monitoring.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business Lines for smooth credit execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warnings, and propose risk mitigations.
• Contribute to process improvements and internal reporting enhancements.
• Participate in trainings and support junior analysts.
