Job summary

Hyundai Motor Turkey seeks a Press Production Engineer to join the Izmit Plant. You will manage daily production lines, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and contribute to lean initiatives and KPI reporting.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 2-5 years in automotive production, with strong English and MS Office skills. SAP and CATIA knowledge are a plus. Training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years experience in production, automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, self-motivated, proactive.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and problem solving tools.
• SAP and CATIA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily base line operations to meet production targets.
• Optimize production processes, reduce scrap rates & improve overall equipment effectiveness.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, welding departments.
• Contribute & improve 5S, safety, environment, & energy management system.
• Production & manpower planning of line.
• Management of material warehouse & expense budget.
• Contribute asset management.
• Prepare weekly & monthly production report & KPI analyses.
