Job summary

AVL Türkiye Araştırma ve Mühendislik in Eskisehir is seeking a Powertrain / Vehicle Test Engineer to support development, validation and testing of advanced powertrain systems using engine dynamometers, DAQ tools and vehicle test setups. The role includes operating and coordinating test rooms, ensuring data quality and collaborating with calibration and test automation teams.

The requirements include a BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, 0–2 years of experience, DAQ experience, and

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of professional experience in engine dynamometer or vehicle test operation.
Solid understanding of internal combustion engine systems (air path, fuel system, combustion, cooling, lubrication, exhaust).
Experience with DAQ systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor engine dynamometer or vehicle test activities according to defined test plans.
Take responsibility for the daily operation of multiple engine test rooms or vehicles.
Coordinate and technically support test technicians and shift activities.
Operate and supervise engine or vehicle testing by using automation systems and DAQ tools.
Ensure correct setup, operation and maintenance of dynamometers, vehicles and measurement equipment.
Follow up and resolve hardware and software issues.
Monitor vehicle durability testing activities and track related issues.
Generation of initial report after data post processing.
