Job summary

AVL Türkiye Araştırma ve Mühendislik in Istanbul is seeking an electronics engineer to design next generation automotive ECUs, inverters and BMS. You will work on schematic, simulations, thermal analysis, PCB layout, and reliability tests.

Responsibilities include analog and digital circuits, op-amps, MCUs, PMICs, switching regulators, and defining CAN/LIN interfaces. You will support lab tests, debugging, and project quality activities.

Qualifications

• Design analog and digital hardware for automotive ECUs and power electronics.
• Develop switch-mode power supplies (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback).
• Define interfaces (CAN, LIN) and plan component sourcing.
• Assist lab tests, debugging, and validation.
• Support project and quality management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design automotive ECUs, inverters and BMS including schematic, thermal analysis, PCB layout.
• Implement analog design with op-amps, transceivers, MCUs and PMICs.
• Design switching regulators (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback).
• Define hardware-software interfaces (CAN, LIN) and sourcing activities.
• Support lab tests, debugging and validation.
• Support project and quality management activities.
