Aviagen in Türkiye seeks a Technical Manager, AAN to deliver customer-focused technical support and strengthen long-term partnerships. The role collaborates with Commercial and Specialist teams to translate expertise into measurable business results.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality technical support, developing improvement plans, and maintaining CRM data, with substantial field travel (~45%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar technical or customer-facing role.
• Strong working knowledge of the poultry industry, including Grandparent, Parent Stock, and Broiler operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused technical support to improve flock performance and strengthen customer relationships.
• Organize and conduct structured technical visits and reviews with key customers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor customer improvement plans and annual Product Improvement Plans.
• Track breeder first-week mortality and weekly chick shipments to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Ensure CRM records are up to date and monthly technical reports are submitted.
