Job summary

Aviagen in Türkiye is seeking a Technical Manager, AAN, to deliver customer-focused technical support that improves flock performance and product outcomes. You will work with commercial and specialist teams to translate technical expertise into measurable results.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical or customer-facing capacity, veterinary or agricultural background, and proficiency with CRM systems like Dynamics 365. Travel up to 45% is expected to cover the Türkiye region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and minimum 5 years in a technical or customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of poultry operations (Grandparent, Parent Stock, Broiler) and relevant disciplines.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Office; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

Lead structured technical visits and customer review meetings to drive performance.
Develop and monitor customer improvement plans and Product Improvement Plans.
Record visits and actions in the CRM and submit monthly technical reports.
Collaborate with Nutrition, Veterinary, and Incubation specialists to support customers.
Ensure biosecurity compliance during all customer interactions and site visits.
Represent Aviagen at industry events and drive knowledge sharing.
