Job summary

Aviagen in Turkey is seeking a TMEA BI Team Leader who will drive data-driven insights across operations. You will lead the BI team, shape strategy, govern data, and partner with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

The role covers dashboards, forecasting, product performance analysis, market insights, and profitability reviews. You will ensure timely reporting, data quality, and a data-driven culture, with occasional travel and flexible base

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data modeling, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Strong business acumen across commercial, financial, operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BI strategy and lead the BI team.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations to translate needs into analytics.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and KPIs and forecasts.
• Ensure data governance and data quality across systems.
• Drive proactive insights and data-driven decisions.
