Job summary

Aviagen seeks a Technical Manager to deliver customer-focused technical support that improves flock performance and strengthens relationships. The role collaborates with commercial and specialist teams to translate technical expertise into measurable customer and business results.

You will engage customers through regular visits, site assessments, and formal reviews, providing timely data-driven feedback and supporting product performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Drive structured technical visits with key customers aligned to business objectives.
• Organise customer site visits and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead six-monthly customer review meetings focusing on performance outcomes.
• Provide data-driven technical feedback to support performance optimisation.
• Share Aviagen technical documentation to enhance knowledge and performance.
• Develop and monitor customer improvement plans and track progress.
