Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Izmir Plant is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to provide beverage manufacturing leadership, driving Safety, People, Service, Quality, Cost and Sustainability metrics.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the Site Leadership Team, and oversee annual budgets, Capex, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure compliance with GEHSMS and ISO 14001, develop the capability calendar, and collaborate with HR and Supply Chain to optimize production and labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 10 years of plant management/production experience.
• Proven experience in managing unionized labor relations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Sustainability, Project Management and continuous improvement functions.
• Manage Site Leadership Team and budgeting processes (Direct Labor, MOH, Capex).
• Develop capacity & demand planning with Supply Chain involvement.
• Oversee Plant Capex, sustainability initiatives and ERP program rollout.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and GEHSMS compliance; lead environmental management activities.
• Drive OHS and organizational capability development; report monthly savings and improvements.
