Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Indusrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience.
• Experience with Inventory Control, Transportation and Customer Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute productivity improvement projects.
• Maintain alignment with Customer Service to improve service levels.
• Lead weekly alignment meetings with 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with development teams to build supplier capabilities.
• Maintain contact with transportation carriers for loading efficiency.
• Drive Food Safety initiatives to sustain compliance culture.
• Oversee stock transfers between main plant and overflow warehouses.
• Ensure stock and inventory integrity with high count accuracy.
• Respond quickly to dispatch schedules and production plan revisions.
• Track logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions.
