PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Lead to oversee end-to-end shift leadership, drive safety, quality, service, cost and people metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning and EHS.

The role demands hands-on leadership of frontline teams, strong Lean and Continuous Improvement experience, and fluency in English to communicate at multiple levels within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Turkey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and frontline teams.
• Strong people leadership and talent development.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning and EHS.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Daily Management Systems.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities during the assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient production and targets across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People.
• Direct leadership of all shift-based frontline employees, including workforce deployment, performance management, coaching and engagement.
• Serve as the senior operational leader during the shift, coordinating between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning and EHS.
• Drive shift performance through daily management, KPI reviews, QCDM processes and structured problem-solving activities to achieve targets.
• Ensure full compliance with PepsiCo Food Safety, Quality, GMP, FSSC, AIB, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety standards, taking action to mitigate risks.
• Lead continuous improvement, productivity, waste reduction, and cost optimization initiatives; implement Lean and Operational Excellence programs.
• Monitor production plan attainment, equipment performance, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Lead frontline communication processes including shift handovers, team meetings, performance reviews and feedback discussions.
• Develop organizational capability by identifying skill gaps, supporting training, and strengthening technical and leadership competencies.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for plant operations during evenings, nights, weekends and periods without site leaders.
