Henkel seeks a Plant Controller in Ankara, Turkey, to oversee cost controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis of manufacturing activities. You will monitor production costs, analyze variances, and support investment decisions to drive cost efficiency across the plant.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage cost centers, cost elements, and product cost structures while maintaining SAP-based budgets and reporting, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a similar role with controlling analysis, reporting, and budget planning.

Responsabilidades

• Measuring, controlling and analyzing production costs and plant activities.
• Planning and controlling plant budget according to Henkel standards with unit managers.
• Maintaining SAP for budget and allocations to products.
• Providing financial support to Engineering teams for investments.
