Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an experienced Industrial Plant Controller for our Eskişehir, Turkey operation. You will manage month-end closings, budgeting, and plant-level cost reporting, partnering with HQ teams to optimize financial performance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business Admin, Economics or Industrial Engineering, have IFRS knowledge, SAP experience, and at least 3 years in cost/financial controlling, with strong English and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in Finance, preferably in production company.
• Familiar with IFRS reporting rules.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player with strong communication & collaboration skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Cost/Financial Controlling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage month end closing and reporting activities of the plant.
• Forecasting / Budget preparation and reporting of Manufacturing cost.
• Business partner role for functions within plant, and headquarters (HQE/HQD).
• Cost Deployment and support of management team on cost down opportunities.
• Tracking of CPU evolution by product category.
• Financial responsible on Make/Buy projects.
• Tracking of new investment realization and depreciation postings vs budget.
• Oversee full compliant behavior within the operation and financial reporting processes in respect to Groups Standards and Policies.
