Henkel Turkey in Ankara is seeking a Plant Controller to manage and optimize financial performance of the manufacturing operations. You will oversee cost controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis of plant activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor production costs, analyze variances, support investment decisions, and drive cost efficiency across the plant. Collaborating with engineering and operations, you will monitor costs, compare standard vs actuals, and contribute

Formación

• University degree in business/engineering field.
• 3–5 years in a similar Plant Controller or cost-controlling role.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willing to locate in Ankara, Turkey.

Responsabilidades

• Measure, control and analyze production costs and plant activities.
• Plan and control the plant budget in line with Henkel standards.
• Maintain SAP for budget allocations and product cost tracking.
• Analyze variances and support investment decisions.
• Provide financial support to engineering teams for CAPEX tracking.
• Prepare daily/weekly production cost reports for management.
• Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
