Henkel Turkey in Ankara is seeking a Plant Controller to manage and optimize financial performance of the manufacturing operations. You will oversee cost controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis of plant activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in business/engineering field.
• 3–5 years in a similar Plant Controller or cost-controlling role.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willing to locate in Ankara, Turkey.

Responsabilités

• Measure, control and analyze production costs and plant activities.
• Plan and control the plant budget in line with Henkel standards.
• Maintain SAP for budget allocations and product cost tracking.
• Analyze variances and support investment decisions.
• Provide financial support to engineering teams for CAPEX tracking.
• Prepare daily/weekly production cost reports for management.
• Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Consumer Brands Controlling Turkey, Ankara Full Time Regular

Join us as a Plant Controller and play a key role in managing and optimizing financial performance within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for cost controlling, budget planning, and financial analysis of plant activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor production costs, analyze variances, support investment decisions, and drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement across the plant.

What you´ll do

• Measuring, controlling and analyzing costs, related with production & plant activities


• Analyzing production activities for setting up control systems (cost items, product cost structure, cost centers, cost allocation, etc...)


• Planning and controlling plant budget according to the Henkel standards in cooperation with the unit managers


• Coordinating block cost allocations to the plant


• Maintaining SAP system for budget and allocations to products


• Evaluating monthly cost development plan regarding cost center and cost element


• Controlling current costs of production, comparing costs of products and product groups, comparing moving average costs with standard costs, closing monthly production costs


• Calculating the production losses/yield and full variance check


• Providing financial support to Engineering teams in tracking, evaluating and capitalizing investments.


• Supporting management with Cost of Goods (COG) projects and preparing daily and weekly production reports.

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or related field


• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong interest in controlling analysis, reporting, and budget planning.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels


• Advanced user of MS Office applications,SAP is a plus


• Effective teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to planning and organizing tasks.
