Qualifications

• Master’s student, preferably Industrial Engineering
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros
• Advanced level of English
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and proactive working style
• Strong eagerness to learn and develop
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Controlling activities, including standard unit costing, BOM comparison, and material cost variance analysis.
• Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
• Assist in monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX), investment depreciation, and internal project tracking.
• Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects across value streams.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI, Power Query, and emerging AI-based productivity tools.
• Analyze operational and financial data to deliver data-driven insights and process improvements.
