Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Plant Controller to manage cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis for its Ankara plant. You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor production costs, analyze variances, and support investment decisions to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in a similar role, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with interest in controlling, reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent English communication skills with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Measure, control and analyze production & plant costs.
• Plan and control the plant budget with unit managers.
• Maintain SAP for budget allocations to products and monitor cost development.
