Job summary

BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye is seeking a Planning & Procurement Executive to ensure timely material availability for spare parts and to support inventory and customer service targets.

You will plan requirements, maintain master data, review forecasts, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on orders and deliveries, and manage service levels to optimize performance.

Strong SAP and MS Office skills, plus clear English communication, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in material planning, supply management or inventory control; spare parts experience preferred.
• SAP experience is prerequisite, good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-focused, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan spare parts requirements and replenishment to ensure the right quantities are available at the right time
• Maintain material and planning master data; regularly review forecasts, planning parameters, purchase requisitions and open orders
• Coordinate with suppliers (both import and local) and internal teams on order revisions, deliveries and transportation
• Manage service availability, backorders and excess / obsolete stock; take action to improve inventory and service performance
• Own vendor and / or transportation invoices approval processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
