Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare in Türkiye seeks a logistics professional to coordinate spare-parts and service-tool logistics across Türkiye, including warehousing, inventory management and order fulfilment. You will operate WMS, GWMS and SAP systems to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries to support field service teams.

The role requires 3+ years in spare-parts logistics, strong Excel skills and knowledge of import/export processes, with English and Turkish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in spare-parts logistics, warehousing, inventory management or service logistics.
• Experience with WMS, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Good Excel skills and ability to conduct inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Knowledge of transportation, customs and import/export processes is preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare or technical-service industries is preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare parts and service-tool logistics in Türkiye, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, transportation and returns.
• Operate and maintain inventory transactions across WMS/GWMS, SAP and SCM/work-order systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate spare-parts applications, replenishment, stock transfers and urgent deliveries to support field service needs.
• Manage courier, trucking and freight shipments; coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Support import/export and customs-clearance processes, including shipment documents and HS codes.
• Monitor spare-parts consumption, shortages, excess stock and ageing inventory; support safety-stock planning.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies and prepare logistics reports.
• Support process improvement, system implementation and logistics SOP development.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
