Job summary

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. in İzmir seeks a Planning and Scheduling Engineer to drive project planning for our oil and gas EPC projects. The role focuses on building robust schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will develop detailed work plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize Primavera P6 to monitor progress and produce clear project controls reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas sector EPC scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning, resource allocation and control.
• Knowledge of delay analysis, risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage resources effectively.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Develop mitigation strategies for potential delays and risks.

• Experience in Oil & Gas sector EPC processes, with a strong background in preparing detailed work plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and project control
• Experienced in delay analysis, risk management, and developing effective mitigation and solution strategies
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Office applications
