Job summary

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an Associate Account Executive on the Personal Lines team. You’ll deliver high-quality service to clients, cross-sell within your book, and act as liaison between MIB and designated accounts.

You’ll support design of insurance plans, manage renewals, and nurture client relationships while maintaining accountability for coverage details and carrier options. This role offers growth, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients and exceed expectations.
• Provide timely, accurate communication to clients via email, phone, and meetings.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
• Cross-sell and refer new business leads to appropriate departments.
• Assist in designing insurance plans and coverage options for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to customers and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between the insurance company and designated accounts.
• Assist in managing client relationships and renewal processes.
• Handle routine coverage questions, endorsements, and proposals.
• Inform producers on account issues, claims, and potential problems.
• Oversee renewals, account management, and adherence to SOPs for transactions.
