Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking an entry-level HR/Onboarding Coordinator to help manage the employee journey from interviews to onboarding and integration. You’ll coordinate interviews, keep candidates and interviewers aligned, and maintain accurate personnel files.

You will also support internal communications, organize announcements and events, and contribute to a smooth, engaging employee experience. A bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required, with 0–1 year of related experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
0-1 year of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in English (ability to organize interviews in English, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and responsible
Planned and Meticulous

Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and interviewers aligned throughout the process.
Support onboarding and integration for new joiners, ensuring smooth records and documentation.
Maintain employee documentation and personnel files, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Assist internal communications by coordinating company announcements, information sessions, and internal events.
