Job summary

Pine Games in Turkey is seeking a People & Culture Manager to scale our team, culture, and people processes. You’ll own recruitment across technical, creative, product, and business roles and partner with leaders on hiring strategy.

You’ll build People & Culture processes, drive engagement and well-being, support compensation benchmarking, and manage day-to-day HR operations to make Pine Games a better place to work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, or HR, preferably in tech, gaming, or startups.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to build things from scratch.
• Good understanding of HR operations, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
