Job summary

Fugo Games is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and onboarding top talent while contributing to various HR initiatives that support our growing team.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and develop a strong candidate pipeline for key roles. Join a fast-paced gaming studio and help shape our people operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of hands-on HR experience combining talent acquisition with people operations/generalist exposure (mobile gaming, tech, or fast-paced startup background a plus).
• Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring funnels and familiarity with modern ATS and HR management platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
