A leading gaming company in Istanbul is seeking a passionate Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle. You will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure a positive candidate experience, and contribute to enhancing workplace culture. Ideal candidates have over a year of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for gaming. Qualifications

• 1+ year of robust recruitment experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general.
