Insider One in Istanbul is seeking a customer-facing professional to join the Hi-Tech Program and grow into a strategic partner for digital transformation. You will manage partner relationships, address technical requests, and work with Customer Success Managers to deliver fast, reliable solutions.

This on-site role offers extensive training, teamwork with a global, diverse group, and opportunities to advance within Insider's growing tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
• Knowledge in ecommerce or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Familiarity with Insider tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform.
• Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners.
• Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences.
• Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions.
• Gather insights from partners to help improve our product.
• Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills.
