Job summary

Monster Notebook is seeking a Global People & Culture Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our People & Culture strategy in a multinational setting. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee experience, and HR transformation to strengthen our global presence.

The ideal candidate leads with a strategic, people-centric approach, bringing extensive HR leadership experience and strong English proficiency to drive growth and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working in multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Design and implement employee engagement and employee experience programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
• Establish and monitor global HR policies, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
