What Will You Do?

• Support the creation and prioritization of the product backlog in line with the product vision and business needs
• Identify business and product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, operational challenges, market trends, and data
• Work closely with Operations, Data, BI, and Technology teams to turn business needs into practical and effective solutions
• Leverage AI-powered analysis and automation tools to generate actionable insights from product, operational, and customer data, identifying opportunities to improve inventory, store, and warehouse processes
• Explore AI-powered product ideas, support pilot projects, measure their impact, and turn learnings into actionable improvements
• Contribute to product initiatives that leverage technology and data to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and create measurable business impact
• Track product performance and business outcomes, using data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives from idea generation through implementation and performance measurement.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in business development, product management, technology, AI, data, and e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data, customer insights, and business needs into actionable solutions
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, with an ability to work comfortably with data and perform basic analysis
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on projects, and pay attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
