EsteNove, a leading health tourism provider based in Istanbul, seeks a Sales Specialist to engage international patients from Europe and the USA, understand medical needs, and convert inquiries into sales while coordinating with doctors for personalized plans. Fluent German is required; additional languages are a plus.

You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare-related field is an advantage, but not required).
• Fluent in German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably experienced in medical tourism sales (candidates without prior sales experience are also encouraged to apply).
• Open to feedback and committed to personal development.
• Passionate about sales and committed to embracing it as a lifestyle.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.

Responsabilités

• Contact international patients to understand their medical needs and requirements
• Build trust-based relationships to convert patient inquiries into sales
• Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using CRM software
• Present healthcare packages to patients, providing price quotations
• Coordinate with doctors to create personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Ensure patients receive high-quality care throughout their medical journey, from initial consultation to aftercare
