EsteNove, a health tourism provider in Istanbul, seeks Sales Specialists to engage international patients, understand needs, and convert inquiries into sales. You will present healthcare packages, quote prices, and coordinate with doctors to craft personalized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates have Italian fluency, English or Turkish proficiency, and at least 2 years in health-tourism sales, with strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare-related field is an advantage, but not required).
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (or Turkish) for internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the health tourism sector.
• Open to feedback and committed to personal development.
• Passionate about sales and committed to embracing it as a lifestyle.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.
