Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join our global team as a maintenance engineer responsible for electrical, mechanical or mechatronics systems on production lines.

You will analyze machine failures, support TPM, prepare KPI reports, and work with team members to keep line efficiency while following maintenance plans and upgrading equipment. Knowledge in MS Office and English is required.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant maintenance/production/utility experience (2–3 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and good comprehension of technical English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for production machines including troubleshooting, renewal & upgrading.
• Follow maintenance plans including required spare parts, in cooperation with team members.
• Solve major technical, equipment or facilities problems to increase line efficiency.
• Analyze machine failures and root causes, take necessary actions to prevent line stops.
• Prepare and follow up KPI reports.
• Support the TPM approach for production facilities.
