Job summary

Hyundai Motor Turkey is seeking an Assembly Process Engineer to join our Izmit Plant in Kocaeli. You will prepare and revise technical documents, troubleshoot production issues, and lead process improvements in a global automotive environment.

The role requires a technical degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical and Electronics engineering, with at least 1 year in automotive production. Flexibility, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• No travel restrictions and driving capability.
• Residence in or willingness to reside in Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas (Work Standards, Process Sheets etc.)
• Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues
• Closely follow up daily problems, analysis and find solution ideas
• Innovate and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic ideas
• Manage project related with new models
• Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification existing, follow purchasing and installation
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and instructions
