Job summary

Hyundai Motor Turkey is seeking a Vehicle Electronics Engineer to join the Izmit Plant/Kocaeli location. You will prepare and revise technical documents, troubleshoot production issues, and support new model projects.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and strong English communication. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, at least 1 year in automotive electronics, and be willing to reside in Kocaeli.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive field, especially in vehicle electronics.
• Advanced level of English (writing and speaking).
• Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints.
• No travel restrictions and capability of driving.
• Residence in/ willing to reside in Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas.
• Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues.
• Actively participate in new model project management and control.
• Support production department on technical and training subjects.
• Develop basic equipment concepts for new equipment or modification of existing; follow purchasing and installation.
• Innovate and implement cost reduction and quality ideas.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and instructions.
