Job summary

Jaten Robotics in Konak, Türkiye seeks a qualified engineer to manage after-sales service for integrated equipment and ensure stable operation for customers in Türkiye. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and close tickets efficiently.

Additionally, you will lead project logistics, coordinate equipment and material flows, arrange personnel accommodations, and support early proposal stages with on-site demonstrations and demand research.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated installation and debugging, as well as after-sales maintenance.
• Experience in automation equipment installation, debugging, maintenance.

Responsibilities

• After-sales service: maintain and troubleshoot integrated equipment in Türkiye with timely problem closure.
• Coordinate project logistics support including accommodations, materials and tools management for project delivery.
• Provide support for after-sales or implementation work within Türkiye or other regions as agreed, with subsidies per company policy.
• Assist in on-site inspections and demand research; support proposal teams with on-site Q&A and product demonstrations.

Job description

• 1. After-sales service: Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem closure of integrated equipment in the Türkiye region, completing equipment acceptance, and ensuring stable operation of the equipment.
• 2. Project logistics: Comprehensively coordinate project logistics support work, including accommodation arrangements for project personnel, as well as the procurement and management of materials and tools, and collaborate to facilitate the smooth delivery of the project.
• 3. Project implementation support: When work is not fully loaded and upon mutual agreement, provide support for after-sales or implementation work within Türkiye or other regions, with subsidies implemented according to company standards.
• 4. Preliminary stage and proposal: Assist in conducting on-site inspections and demand research to accurately sort out integration requirements; cooperate with the proposal team to complete on-site Q&A and product demonstrations, and support the early stages of proposal advancement.

Experience / Qualifications

• 2. Major: Mechanical Engineering & Automation/Mechatronic Engineering/Electric Engineering & Automation/Automation/Electronic & Information Engineering etc.
• 3. Experience in automated installation and debugging, as well as after-sales maintenance, are preferred.
