Matriks group is seeking a Technical Service professional to join our engineering‑oriented team in Istanbul. The role includes site work at the Ataşehir HQ, with projects across domestic and international sites.

Ideal candidates are driven, communicative, and eager to grow within fire detection, electronic security, and building automation systems. Requires an engineering or technical diploma and experience with low-current systems; AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Role Description

Matriks is a leading implementation company in fire detection, electronic security, and building automation systems. We manage project design, implementation, and after‑sales with an engineering‑oriented team.

The role is based in Ataşehir HQ with domestic and international site work. We look for teammates who are determined, results‑oriented, and open to growth. Persuasion and communication skills should be strong. Site stays vary 2–15 days based on project scope.

Requirements

• Graduate of Engineering or technical schools (preferably Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics, Automation, and/or Communications),
• Experience with low‑current systems (preferably Fire Detection, Electronic Security Systems, and/or Automation),
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably AutoCAD,
• No travel restrictions,
• Professional appearance,
• Customer‑focused; strong communication and interpersonal skills,
