• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, chart of accounts, and general accounting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, documentation, and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Establish, implement, and monitor internal control mechanisms to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of international accounting transactions.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and drive automation initiatives through ERP and accounting system developments.
• Support ESG requirements within international financial reporting processes.
• Lead and manage international accounting teams, identify training and development needs, and oversee performance management processes.
