Job summary

HUGENT Hizmet ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in Istanbul seeks a finance and treasury leader to oversee banking relations, funding strategies, and risk controls. You will manage credits, leases, and other financing activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking and Finance, International Finance, Econometrics, or related field
• 8–9 years of experience in finance and accounting, including team management experience
• Knowledge of export operations and trade finance processes
• Advanced knowledge of and experience in credit and financing instruments, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and Eximbank loans
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and conduct negotiations with domestic and international banks and financial institutions
• Oversee credit, leasing, and other financing processes, ensuring the effective use of financing resources
• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Coordinate cash flow, collections, payments, and working capital activities
• Oversee general accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis
• Coordinate budgeting and financial forecasting processes with Group Budget teams
• Provide guidance and support on internal financial controls and regulatory compliance
