Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Turkish market to drive growth and development of the brand portfolio. You will align marketing with the regional and global teams, develop market strategies, and support launches with local channels and training.

You will work closely with RA/QA, logistics, and sales to ensure timely delivery, effective launch plans, and strong market visibility. Travel 50-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• English fluent with Turkish business fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align the regional marketing strategy with the global plan to drive Zimmer Biomet portfolio growth.
• Create local brand positioning and launch plans for the region.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution channels, RA/QA, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery and market success.
• Train and enable local Sales team, OR nurses and HCPs on product launches and updates.
• Prepare business cases and IRRs for new product introductions and registrations.
• Drive distributor performance and service excellence aligned with Zimmer Biomet values.
• Travel 50–60% within the assigned region.
