Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager for Turkey based in Istanbul with regular travel within the market and occasional HQ visits in Switzerland. You will develop and execute the local marketing plan aligned with global strategy to achieve objectives.

You will report to the Assoc Marketing Director, TR, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead strategy, campaigns, and local localization of global initiatives, while driving Invisalign adoption and clinic development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business management related field.
• Native Turkish and fluent English is a must.
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing with a focus on Brand & Performance based Marketing and/or Product Management.
• Industry background in the medical device field or regulated healthcare environments preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand (preferred).
• Preferably sales experience in medical devices.
• Analytical thinking & data driven mindset is a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic Thinker.
• Highly Organized.
• Action Oriented.
• Takes initiative / proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Annual Planning as part of the AOP for local Turkey market.
• Manage OPEX budget for Invisalign marketing initiatives and ROI.
• Lead local New Product Launch readiness and go-to-market strategies.
• Localize global programs and trainings for local needs.
• Oversee multi-channel campaign management across digital, events, education, field marketing, and sales enablement.
• Drive adoption of Align Digital Platform to enhance patient journeys.
• Support clinics in improving practice workflows and patient journeys for better Invisalign adoption.
• Lead planning and execution of congresses, exhibitions, and flagship events.
• Manage PR activities and earned media to strengthen Invisalign leadership in orthodontics.

About this opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Turkey in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives.

You will report into the Assoc Marketing Director, TR. You will be based in local office in Istanbul, with regular travel within the responsible market, sometimes to HQ in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Strategy & Annual Planning: Lead strategic planning cycles as part of the AOP, shaping the local marketing roadmap in alignment with global priorities.
• 2. OPEX Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget for Invisalign brand, ensuring cost-effective investment and strong ROI across all initiatives.
• 3. New Product Launch Management: Lead local launch readiness, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, training, and commercial enablement for new Invisalign offerings.
• 4. Global Program Localization (P2P, Adv, APEX, etc.): Seamlessly localize global initiatives such as 5. Peer-to-Peer training, Advantage/loyalty programs, APEX recognition, and new product launch toolkits.
• 6. Campaign Localization: Adapt global campaigns, sales materials, and educational content to local needs.
• 7. Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Lead integrated campaign execution across digital, events, education, field marketing, and sales enablement channels.
• 8. Drive adoption of the Align Digital Platform (SmileView,Virtual Care, SmileVideo etc), enabling clinics to enhance digital patient journeys and strengthen marketing efficiency.
• 9. Practice Development: Support clinics in improving practice workflows through staff training, delegation strategies, and patient journey optimization—driving higher efficiency and stronger Invisalign adoption.
• 10. Congress & Events Management: Lead planning and execution of Tier A congresses, exhibitions, and flagship events to maximize visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• 11. PR & Corporate Communications: Manage PR activities and earned media to enhance brand awareness and strengthen Invisalign’s leadership in the orthodontic sector.
