Job summary

Daikin Turkey in Istanbul is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to join our finance team and help manage customer reconciliation, payments and FX-related processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics, 3 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, fluent English, and SAP FI/HANA knowledge.

You will perform reconciliation with customers, manage transfer/offsetting, oversee invoicing and payment timing, monitor overdue loans, and ensure payment clause

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 3 years of professional experience in related fields.
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• SAP experience (FI/Hana) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Making reconciliation with customers.
• Carrying out transfer/offsetting transactions.
• Doing arbitrage records (in foreign currency transactions) and regular invoice-payment reconciliations with the follow-up of foreign exchange offsetting.
• Ensuring the functioning of Direct Debit System.
• Making invoice payment equalization transactions.
• Ensuring controls of payment clauses of contracts.
• Tracking and reporting of overdue loans.
