Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or guest-facing hospitality is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of F&B service procedures and Hilton systems (Micros, OnQ) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guest dining requests, including in-room dining and restaurant bookings.
• Take and confirm orders clearly, accurately, and in line with Hilton standards.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions for guest guidance.
• Upsell and promote special dining experiences to guests.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally while upholding Hilton cleanliness standards.
