Philips International is seeking an Order Management Specialist to handle end-to-end orders for the Nordics in a hybrid setup. You will support automation and digital solutions to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service for hospitals in the region.
In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Production, Finance and Automation teams, monitor order processes, and drive AI-enabled process improvements for better customer satisfaction.

Join our Order Management team in a hybrid role that combines end‑to‑end order management with hands‑on support for automation and digital solutions. This is a pivotal position supporting our partners, where you will help deliver critical Patient Monitoring solutions to hospitals across the region.
You are part of the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Order Management team, working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and international environment.
The team focuses on efficiency, automation, and customer satisfaction while supporting critical healthcare deliveries across the region.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week.
